Dear Parents:

          Welcome to the 2008-2009 school year at Arroyos del Norte Elementary.  Our experienced staff is dedicated to providing every child with the best educational opportunity possible.

           This handbook is for the information and guidance of students and parents.  Use it and save it for future reference.  It is not a contract, but provides district policy information useful to students and their parents.  The official policies of the school board and the controlling rules of the district are available for review at the central office.  Parents and students are urged to become familiar with the board policies.

           We feel parents are our partners in the important job of educating children.  We welcome your suggestions and encourage your participation in the Advisory School Council Committee.
