Thursday and Friday, April 11-12 we had an exciting conference for girls to explore STEM through hands-on demonstrations, workshops, and industry speakers. This FREE conference was sponsored by GEAR UP New Mexico and STEM Santa Fe and was open to students in 7th and 8th grades. This conference was hosted at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Albuquerque.  We took 21 girls from Taos Middle School.
