Canvas Instructional Videos

As you may have experienced there are several moments when your files, media, youtube videos, etc. are not able to upload into your Canvas page. Students are having trouble submitting files, or visibly seeing or hearing videos or audio recordings. The main issue with this is using Safari as the primary web browser. The problem with this is that if your MacOS is not updated frequently, certain types of media, photos, and files will not be recognized with an outdated version. The district is strongly recommending Google Chrome as your primary browser. Firefox is recommended as well because the browsers are external and can be updated through the web without IT administrative privileges.
